Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan, Patna Division, headquartered at Patna, the capital of Bihar, is empowered to oversee the functioning of Kendriya Vidyalayas in the state of Bihar. At present, forty nine (and four second shift) Kendriya Vidyalayas are functioning under its jurisdiction.
